  • Overview

    McCormick Taylor is looking for an enthusiastic and energetic team member to support the Facilities and Asset Department based out of our Philadelphia, PA corporate headquarters. This position will report to the Facilities and Asset Manager, but will be supporting all departmental activities. We are looking for someone with the drive to learn several different aspects working within a department supporting such functions. The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, a good problem solver and organized. Assuring a steady completion of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this position


    • General knowledge of administrative procedures and best practices
    • Scheduling meetings and reserve conference rooms as necessary
    • Evaluates, prioritizes and logs service requests; handle routine inquiries, complaints and questions via telephone, e-mail or in person
    • Performs other duties as assigned or directed to ensure the smooth operation of the department
    • Various research and administrative projects
    • Strong organizational and time management skills; detail-oriented
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions and instruct others, write reports, correspondence and procedures, speak clearly to customers and employees
    • Ability to troubleshoot and solve problems quickly and discreetly


    • 4-7 years of administrative experience
    • Associate’s degree or Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
    • Knowledge of Real Property programs and procurement management principles and practices a huge plus
    • Previous experience working within a Facilities or Asset Management department a plus
