  • Overview

    The Facilites Department of McCormick Taylor is actively seeking a Facilities Clerk for employment in our Philadelphia, PA corporate headquarters. The right applicant will be extremely comfortable and familiar with clerical duties supporting facility operations.


    This is a temporary full-time position.



    • Filing documents and correspondence daily;
    • Making copies and scanning of Expenses, Contracts and Invoice Sales Journals
    • Shredding documents
    • Closing files in preparation for storage and shredding
    • Moving file boxes to appropriate locations 




    • High School diploma required
    • Extremely detail oriented
    • Microsoft Office with an emphasis on Microsoft Excel
    • Excellent communication skills (written and oral)
    • Ability to handle multiple projects and complete projects on time with minimal supervision
    • Ability to lift 20lbs
    • Able to sit for long periods of time
